The Timex Men's Ironman 100-Lap FLIX System Watch is one sport watch that has many functions. Besides its multifunctionality, it features a stylish design that has a dark gray resin top ring on top of a metallic silver case. This watch has a 100-hour chronograph that can record lap or split times, ability to retrieve 100-lap, a counter for up to 199 laps, and 9 interval timers. It even has a training log that records your workouts by date together with information regarding best lap time, average lap time and total segment time. Total activity time is also recorded by the total run format/synchro timer.

The watch also has other features besides sport timing features. It can show time in 2 time zones, alarm setting, and up to 100 metres water resistance. You can activate the Indigo night-light easily by flicking your wrist as it uses the Timex Flix system. FLIX can be activated by pressing and holding the button for Indigo night-light till it beeps. This puts the watch in Night-Mode, and then Indigo night-light can be turned on for 3 seconds as and when you flick your wrist in a certain manner. Using a blue electroluminescent lighting technology that is patented, the watch surface is evenly lighted by the Indigo night-light. This technology requires less power, and thus lenghtening the life of your watch battery.
